The International Conference on Nonlinear Optics and Excitation Kinetics in Semiconductors (NOEKS) is the 14th meeting in a series with an outstanding tradition in bringing together leading scientists in the field of semiconductor optics. NOEKS 14 follows this tradition by covering the most recent developments in this rapidly evolving field, which involve advanced and new materials, novel experimental techniques, and recent theoretical progress. There are no parallel sessions, and the conference provides plenty of opportunities for discussions.
